Added Membership Dues Guidance

Effective immediately the Executive Committee has established a discount/incentive to pre-paying for multiple years’ dues.
Membership Dues:
- 1-year: $20
- 3-year: $50 (save $10!)
- 5-year: $80 (save $20!)
Furthermore, we added some clarification not currently addressed in our bylaws:
- Memberships span from 1 Jan through 31 Dec of the Calendar Year (or years, as appropriate, if a multi-year package is purchased)
- Renewals are due at the beginning of each term
Finally, in the near term future:
- Membership dues continue to be collected by cash/check via mail
- We are working on an update through the greater Alumni Association that will enable online dues payment by credit card.
