The Hail and Farewell with the Parents Club was a very nice event. Tim Burns did a great job representing the class of ’71 as the Link-in-the-Chain Rep. I know that many of you know Rear Admiral Lee Landes and all that he has done for Navy related things in the Detroit Area over the years. He is 93 now and currently resides at the West Bloomfield Nursing Center at 6445 W. Maple. He is still pretty sharp and always enjoys guests. His wife Teddi arrives each day around 1:00 so if you want to stop in and see him between 11:00 and 1:00, that is a good time to spread out the visitors.
